Flexible Start Dates

 Our continual rolling enrolment system means you can start training with us as soon as you sign your training contract with your chef and employer. There is no huge wait to train with ICE, we’ll get you started immediately.


Tailor make each training plan for everyone off the job and on the job

Our approach at ICE is to tailor make and individualise each training plan to suit the employer and the apprentice. ICE has a unique and fresh way of offering a blend of ‘on the job’, ‘off the job’ and ‘college based learning’ for each individual, depending on their needs.


ICE supports local charities such as ‘Eat for a Cure- for cancer’ ‘Oz Harvest’ and others as often as we can.




At ICE we have a sustainability awareness that runs through all our classes and endeavours. We have 3 large gardens where we grow our own herbs, flowers, indigenous ingredients and vegetables. We have native bee hives and composting systems with a micro herb hydroponics system coming soon to our school.
