Barista Skills School Rescue Program
This course is aimed at school students who wish to learn barista and cafe skills and who need to gain 1 QCE credit. The course includes: Prepare and serve espresso coffee, provide responsible service of alcohol (RSA), use hygienic practices for food safety & interact with customers.
