Learn how to interact with customers and make coffee in ‘real time’ for ‘real customers’ in one of our two cafes on site at ICE. We also run ‘pop up’ restaurants most weekends, so all ICE Hospitality students will get real ‘hands on’ experience along the way. The best way of learning is doing, and we strongly believe in this in all areas at ICE.
