Schedule for Courses

Certificate II VET in Schools (VETIS) is every Friday from Week 3 Term 1 to Week 10 Term 3.

Certificate III in Commercial Cookery is broken into a 3-stage schedule with catch-up dates at the end of the year.

Certificate IV in Kitchen Management and Diploma of Hospitality Management are offered on a rolling start, so you don’t have any delays in starting.

SIT20421 Certificate II in Cookery

Certificate II VET in Schools (VETis)

The Certificate II VET in Schools course can be undertaken in Years 10, 11 and 12, and can count towards the Queensland Certificate of Education.

Held every Friday from Week 3 Term 1 to Week 10 Term 3.

Funded by the Department of Employment, Small Business and Training, the VETiS program covers training fees for VET courses that are aligned to jobs and skills in demand, putting secondary school students on a path to employment and further VET opportunities.

Certificate II Pre-Trade

Fees for the Certificate II Pre-Trade course will vary depending on your funding eligibility. Applicants accessing funding for this program under the Certificate 3 Guarantee Program will be required to pay a co-contribution (shown below). Contact us to access further information regarding fees and funding eligibility criteria. The student fee is $99 and the concession is $50
